James Foy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law from UCD which he obtained in 1986. He has been a Solicitor with Smith Foy & Partners LLP since 1988 and a Partner in the Firm since 2003.
His areas of expertise and experience include Licensing, Construction and Development, Residential and Commercial Property, Banking, Plaintiff and Defence Litigation (including Commercial Litigation, Family Law and Judicial Review).
