Raymond Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law from UCD which he obtained in 1996, and a Master's Degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London which he obtained in 2016. He has been with Smith Foy & Partners LLP since 1999 and has been a partner since 2011.
Raymond's areas of expertise and experience include residential and commercial property law, construction law, commercial law, and liquor licensing law.
Raymond is a former Chairman of the Law Society’s Technology Committee, a former member of the Law Society's eConveyancing Task Force, and a former Irish delegate to the IT Law Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe.
